Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer. (Two Positions)

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization, with additional knowledge of SDLC and Agile frameworks. Candidates should have strong JavaScript and platform integration experience and hold relevant ServiceNow certifications based on the level of expertise.
Work onsite 3 days a week in the Charlotte office (Hybrid work model).
Participate in in-person interview for final selection (mandatory for shortlisted candidates).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions.
Contribute to full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
4+ years of experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
Experience working in Agile development environments .
1+ years of experience with risk applications or ServiceNow GRC .
1+ years of experience with Node.js .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
(CSA) Certified Systems Administrator
2–3 years of ServiceNow experience
(CAD) Certified Application Developer
3+ years in ServiceNow Application Development
5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
Architecture and Operational Lead-level experience
Archer integration experience is a plus
Additional Preferred Certifications:
(CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist
