Description SALESFORCE PLATFORM & INTEGRATION MANAGER Job Type = Permanent Employment - Onsite Job Location = Calabasas, CA Job Summary The Salesforce Platform & Integration Manager is the strategic leader and authority over the global Salesforce ecosystem. This role owns the end-to-end platform roadmap, implementation, governance structure, and stakeholder engagement model to ensure Salesforce capabilities align tightly with enterprise business priorities. The role blends CRM vision with technical fluency-able to translate executive intent into scalable, secure, and business-ready solutions. This individual will define and oversee platform strategy, architecture alignment, platform configuration and development, user enablement, cross-cloud integrations, and DevOps maturity. They will lead the governance of the platform globally while also empowering regional execution and adoption. This role reports directly to the CIO and serves as a bridge between executive leadership and delivery teams. Key Focus Areas -- Strategic Leadership: Own the platform roadmap, govern solution prioritization, lead stakeholder engagement -- Platform Architecture, Development & Operations: Ensure technical strategies align with enterprise architecture, including system integrations, data models, API governance, and security standards -- User Enablement & Change Management: Define and lead the user enablement strategy, including training frameworks, learning content, and role-based onboarding Requirements Qualifications -- 8+ years of progressive Salesforce experience, including platform leadership, implementation and maintenance in enterprise environments. -- Proven expertise in Salesforce platform implementation and administration across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds. -- Deep experience designing and managing enterprise-grade Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services (REST, SOAP), with proven ability to handle large data volumes and real-time data flows. -- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Salesforce Object Query Language, data model design, web services integration, and programming languages such as JavaScript, Python -- Strong understanding of platform governance, security models, and global compliance practices. Demonstrated success leading to cross-functional transformation through Salesforce technologies. -- Experience with Digital Engagement, AppExchange solutions, middleware integration, and DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Azure DevOps). -- Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and environment lifecycle governance.
