POSITION

Salesforce Admin

LOCATION

Remote (quarterly travel to Tampa, FL)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) .
This role will be pivotal in managing and optimizing service contracts, generating maintenance plans, and ensuring financial accuracy across work orders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce objects, pricing structures, and service workflows.
Ensures financial accuracy by reviewing pricing and billing details.
Transitions billing responsibilities from traditional roles (like billing specialists) to a more strategic contract admin team.
Leverages Salesforce FSM and NetSuite integration to improve operational efficiency.
Develops leadership and builds a team with strong Salesforce FSM knowledge.
