Job Description

Salary: $45,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer-facing technical roles
  • Associates degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Proficient understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong customer service focus with a patient and professional approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple support tickets while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and enhance technical skills
  • CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all client support inquiries via phone, email, and our ticketing system
  • Prioritize incoming support requests, document relevant information, and track troubleshooting steps taken
  • Resolve issues whenever possible, promptly escalating more complex problems to Level 2 support to comply with established SLAs
  • Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Windows and Mac workstations
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
  • Conduct workstation setups, software installations, and basic user account management tasks
  • Troubleshoot issues related to printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Keep clients updated on the status of their requests, establish realistic expectations for resolution, and strive to exceed those expectations
  • Follow up on resolved issues to ensure client satisfaction and identify any related problems
  • Adhere to established procedures and workflows for consistent service delivery
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all support interactions
  • Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles and internal documentation
