Dayton, OH 45377- We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for this position that will be paid out to you over the first year of employment.

What you bring:

• 3 years of plumbing experience in a residential and maintenance operation
• Knowledge of plumbing code
• In-home sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, or weekends and on-call
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-75 pounds. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes, including pipes, drains, water heaters, and fixtures
• Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, and other plumbing appliances as needed
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner and communicate effectively with clients about plumbing issues and repair options
• Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify and fix minor issues before they become major problems
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining plumbing issues and offering repair solutions that meet the customer's needs
• Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform emergency plumbing services, including after-hours calls when required
• Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing technology and techniques through continued education
• Manage and measure the work of an apprentice on the job. Assist with additional training as necessary
• Maintain an organized truck, adequate truck stock, and tools

Compensation

At Logan Services, we are committed to providing competitive and fair pay that reflects the skills and contributions of our employees. For this position, our pay starts at $30.00 an hour. Our compensation structure is designed to reward both experience and performance, with opportunities for growth and increases based on tenure and achievement.
