The FindLaw sales team is experiencing organic growth at an unprecedented rate. The role of the Regional Sales Manager is to develop the sales team identify and move deals forward to land new logo customers and grow existing customer base to exceed projected revenue goals. By mentoring your team, you will lead your region and its assigned functions (e.g. new sales, customer retention, forecasts, market intelligence, territory development, recruiting, onboarding and training). You will facilitate individual development planning and offer career development guidance.
