The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience. Information about benefits can be found here ( . **ABOUT THE ROLE** We are seeking a highly skilled, detailed operational and production management expert to join our team. As the Production Manager for ICON Studios, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire ICON Production teams' program from e-commerce to campaign production and beyond. You will collaborate closely with the creative, ops, and production teams, and ensure that the production teams workflows, processes, and operations are best in class. This role requires deep experience overseeing multiple productions, a sharp eye for details and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time role located at ICON Studios in Culver City, CA. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Reports to the Director of Production for ICON Studios. + Effectively maintain and implement methods of production management across all ICON Studios workstreams. + Track and report on project-level, physical production finances. Review and approve budgets, payroll, invoices, T&E, and contract requests. + Evaluate and enforce Best Practices, guidelines, processes, and policies - and escalate to Director as needed. + Manage workflow, budgeting and expense tracking for production of all projects assigned. + Provide direction on production process and ensure business requirements are met in a timely manner across all departments. + Recognize deviations from accepted practices and confirm appropriate next steps. + Responsible for the management and fiscal supervision of campaign, tests and pilots, studio bookings across all ICON locations. + On set production management for all ICON tests, pilots and R&D. + Work alongside various teams, departments, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure content is produced in a high-quality manner, efficiently, on time, and within budget parameters. + Develop and maintain relationships with key production vendors to create cost and workflow efficiencies that could benefit all ICON productions. + Manage all payroll relationships to ensure the timely and accurate payment to our crew and talent. + Manage, keep track, and report on all aspects of production from development to delivery. + Act as central point of contact for programming, post-production, talent management, finance, marketing, legal and outside vendors in the execution of content. **REQUIREMENTS** + 7+ years of experience in Production Workflow Management + Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience or training + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in flight at a time + Proven track record of people and team management + A problem solver, positive team leader, cross functional thought partner We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
