Role: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of EBS experience and Oracle Cloud ERP experience would be desirable Must have a good understanding of the following Oracle EBS Financials capabilities. Person needs real-time hands-on functional/product experience with Oracle EBS Financial Modules like Project Costing PJC, Projects Billing PJB, Project Contracts PJCNT, Projects Management PJM, and other Financials modules

Description:

Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle EBS Financial Applications with specific focus on Projects-Contracts.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer.

Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle EBS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes

Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects.

Work directly with Customers for:

• Advising on complex use of Oracle products
• Resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
• Serve as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues
• Formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others
• Creation/review of Knowledge Articles

Requirements:

• Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
• Implementation/Support experience on EBS Financial Modules like Project Costing PJC, Projects Billing PJB, Project Contracts PJCNT, Projects Management PJM, and other Financials modules.
• Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - EBS Financial Modules like PJC, PJC, PJCNT, PJM
• Should have Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts.
• Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Financials.
• Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer's critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
