We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with our executive team, providing essential administrative support that ensures the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize executive calendars and schedules
• Coordinate and set up meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation
• Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
