We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing – the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world. 

Our Marketing and Consulting expertise help sports rights holders, build relationships with their audiences, partners and sponsors to drive business growth. We do it by using data to help our clients better understand their fans. We then create and implement data-led digital marketing and technology solutions that improve fan experience, grow revenues and build commercial efficiency. By knowing fans best, we break down the traditional barriers between sports organizations and their customers.  

In this role, you will play a vital part in analyzing client data, helping them craft compelling narratives and actionable strategies. Whether you’re delving into customer insights one week or aiding in marketing campaign execution the next, your analytical skills will be key in delivering exceptional results. 

We are looking for an Analyst who: 

• Collaborates effectively with data engineers to design and refine scalable data pipelines and models that enable efficient analysis 

• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL to interrogate complex datasets and uncover meaningful trends 

• Applies advanced analytics tools and programming languages such as Python and/or R to perform in-depth analysis, automate processes, and enhance outputs 

• Translates data into clear, actionable insights, drawing conclusions and making strategic recommendations that drive client impact 

• Possesses exceptional communication skills and articulates findings clearly 

• Builds high-quality spreadsheets and presentations to summarize analyses and support decision-making 

• Possesses strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively 

• Works collaboratively within a team, with a self-starting attitude and willingness to take on new challenges 

• Has a genuine interest in sports and keeps up with industry dynamics and trends 

• Has a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience 

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Two Circles in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.

• $65,000-$75,000
