Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant (HCM/SCM)

Location: Remote USA

Position: Contract 6-9 months +

Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM and/or SCM integrations , strong communication skills, and a background in healthcare systems preferably EPIC.

You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and documenting Workday integrations, while also working closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-8+ years of Workday implementation and integration experience.

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and/or SCM modules.

• Proficient in Workday Studio, Advanced Reporting, and integration tools.

• Experience integrating Workday with enterprise systems (ERP, EHR, Finance, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience working with business stakeholders, system integrators, and third-party vendors.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating with EPIC Systems clinical healthcare platform.

• Orchestration implementation experience as part of the Workday Developer suite.

• Exposure to or experience with data conversion and legacy system migration.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and test Workday integrations, primarily in HCM and SCM domains.

• Build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Web Services APIs.

• Participate in integration orchestration design and implementation (preferred).

• Collaborate directly with business teams, system integrators, and external vendors to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment of integrations.

• Create clear and thorough technical documentation and support handover activities.

• Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support as needed.

• Mentor junior Workday Analysts on integration best practices and tools.

• Support data conversion efforts as needed in collaboration with external partners.

Compensation and Employment

The expected hourly rate for this position is $70 $90 per hour W2 depending on experience and qualifications.
