Our technicians play a pivotal role within our organization, embodying the company culture and serving as the face of our window cleaning services in their designated community. 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
  
   
• Clean and scrub tracks, screens, solar panels, and gutters.
  
   
• Conduct high dusting, soft washing, and power washing of brick, siding, and concrete.
  
   
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and a tidy work environment including the work van.
  
   
• Review job estimates and notes before each project to understand the scope of work.
  
   
• Communicate job details clearly with clients upon arrival.
  
   
• Coordinate and communicate with Lead Technician during the job.
  
   
• Complete equipment inventory check-out and check-in for every job.
  
   
• Conduct walk-throughs post-job to ensure completion and retrieve all equipment.
  
   
• Notify Lead Technician of low inventory or equipment issues.
  
   
• Represent the company professionally, wearing the provided uniform with pride.
  
   
• Take ownership of each job and strive for client satisfaction.

• Comfortable working outdoors year-round and on ladders.
  
   
• Willing and able to lift 40+ lbs.

Additional Requirements

• Clean driving record.
  
   
• Valid driver's license.

Compensation
$20 per hour + tips
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
