This role is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, following the school district's academic calendar, with flexible start dates depending on placement availability.

About the Role:
We partner with schools across the United States to provide students with engaging, high-quality education through virtual learning. As an educator, you will have the opportunity to deliver live-streamed lessons to students, helping them achieve their educational goals from the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Select Your Opportunities: Access our educator portal to choose which positions best fit your skills and preferences.
Foster Engagement: Bring creativity and enthusiasm to the virtual classroom to keep students excited about learning.
Support Student Success: Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement, motivation, and academic growth.
Curriculum Development: Create lesson plans that align with the class curriculum and meet educational standards.
Track Progress: Monitor and assess student grades and performance to help guide their learning journey.

Requirements:

Authorization to work in the United States and a valid teaching certification in any CORE New York State subject (English, Math, Science, Social Studies, or World Languages for Middle and/or High School).
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
A reliable laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and strong internet connection.
Participation in a virtual teaching demonstration and submission of a background check as part of the application process.
Previous online teaching experience is a plus, but not required!

Salary: $ 30.00 33.00 Per Hour
