Tenvoorde Ford is seeking an amazing Vehicle Accessory Technician!

Responsibilities
What does an Accessory Technician do?
- Installing different types of OEM or aftermarket vehicle accessories
- Light duty fabrication and/or electrical work
- Assemble and disassemble components as needed
- Light vehicle maintenance when there are no accessory installs
Qualifications
- Must be a “team player”
- Must be reliable and on time
- Exceptional ability to learn and grow
- Amazing work ethic
- Detail oriented
- Ability to learn from veteran staff
- Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
- Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology and take additional duties
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
- Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Good to Know Before You Start!
- Be prepared to work 40 hours per week
- Team players only! You will work with multiple departments and many different people.
- Know your work makes a difference! Great customer experiences only happen if you timely complete jobs correctly the first time.
- You will have support! We have a veteran staff to teach and assist.
- You may be asked to perform other duties. With additional responsibilities comes additional pay.
- Must be adaptive to and embrace change
- Basic computer skills are required as we rely on very little paper.
- Physical labor, lifting, carrying, bending and standing during your shift.
- We WANT you to make a difference, share your ideas with management!
