Role: UI/ UX Designer
Duration: Long Term
Location: EST, Remote

Position Overview:

• We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of Clients digital experiences. You'll design products that make complex cross-border challenges simple and human. You bring the ability to turn problem statements into consumer grade experiences that feel effortless even when the underlying domain is complex. From exploring new concepts to refining polished interfaces, you'll turn insights into experiences that are intuitive, beautiful, and impactful. You'll work side-by-side with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring clarity to ambiguity and deliver solutions that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the design and user experience for key parts of our core products, from strategy through launch.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate company strategy into clear priorities and well-designed solutions.
• Turn problem statements into clear, consumer grade experiences through thoughtful framing, structured exploration, and polished execution.
• Break down ambiguous problems, prioritize what matters most, and rally cross functional teams around a shared vision.
• Explore solutions through user research, data insights, and rapid prototyping-then refine them through iteration and feedback.
• Advocate for simplicity and usability, ensuring even complex workflows feel approachable.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system, product vision, and design culture across the company.
• Participate in team rituals such as design critiques, roadmap discussions, and stand-ups to keep collaboration tight.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing end to-end product design work.
• Proven ability to ship applications or software in collaboration with PMs and engineers.
• Strong visual design and interaction design skills, grounded in UX principles and typography.
• Experience with both low- and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
