Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to join the Connect team, focused on self-service products that enhance user experience and navigation. The Connect application serves both internal and external users for e-commerce, offering dashboards, customer insights, corrective actions, and delegated admin tools (e.g., adding users/sites). The Product Owner will manage one of six agile teams specializing in navigation, taxonomy, customer admin, and notifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is always prioritized and ready for development.
Translate functional requirements into clear technical deliverables.
Collaborate with delivery teams across US and India, ensuring smooth handoffs and readiness.
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, especially regarding delivery changes.
Work closely with offshore teams and be available during collaboration hours (7:30-9:30 AM CST).
Use tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and Salesforce-based platforms to manage workstreams.
Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and scrum calls.

Skills and Requirements
Experience:
2-3 years as a Technical Product Owner.Background in Business Analysis or working with agile product teams.
Skills:
Strong backlog management and prioritization.
Ability to articulate functional requirements to technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Availability:
Must be available for collaboration hours (7:30-9:30 AM CST).
Comfortable working with offshore teams and flexible hours. Experience with platforms built on Salesforce.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Prior work with delegated admin tools or customer-facing dashboards.
Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and split shifts.
Experience working with offshore teams (India-based resources preferred).
