Tax Preparer (Seasonal) Location Plymouth, MN :

RMH Tax & Business Advisors, Inc. is a forward-thinking organization offering individual & corporate tax preparation.

The Tax Preparer will support the company's business goals by providing individual & corporate tax preparation. RMH Tax & Business Advisors will supply all the training needed to do these assignments.

These positions require an employee with experience building and managing prospective and existing client relationships. The employees must be detailed and show initiative to improve the tasks and processes they perform while having a positive, can-do attitude.

Tax Preparer/Team Member (Seasonal from January through April)

· Learn and complete tax preparation for individual & corporations tax returns.

· Experience building and managing prospective and existing client relationships.

· Open communication with the internal team on assignments.

· Meet processing and reporting tax deadlines.

· Prepare income tax returns and corporate reporting requirements.

· Understand the seasonal flow and busy cycles.

· Adaptable and learn quickly in a new situation with minimal direction.

· Able to interact effectively across a multi-functional organization.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and resolve issues.

· Details oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

· Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

· Drake Tax software experience (RMH Tax will supply all the training needed).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

· Knowledge of a firm understanding of mathematics and a basic knowledge of accounting.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Detail-oriented. Professional attitude, ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Strong organization, time management, and analytical skills.

· Great part time position.
