LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - Treasury Systems (Kyriba) for a hybrid onsite consultant with potential to hire opportunity with our financial client in Dallas, TX! The Sr. Business Analyst - Treasury Systems (Kyriba) will: + Lead Kyriba solution design and configuration for core treasury operations. + Partner with business stakeholders to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into actionable user stories and solutions. + Configure static and master data within Kyriba and set up/manage bank statement integrations (prior-day/intra-day). + Troubleshoot cash reconciliation issues and coordinate with Kyriba, banks, and internal teams to resolve. + Develop and execute test cases for system modifications, upgrades, and integrations. + Provide recommendations on technology solutions, weighing risks, benefits, and costs to the business. + Support treasury operations with reporting, data analysis, and hands-on system enhancements as needed. + Collaborate within an Agile delivery environment, ensuring timely and effective delivery of enhancements and projects. + Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. + Other duties as assigned. Requirements: + 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury systems, or treasury technology consulting. + Hands-on experience with Kyriba solution design, configuration, and/or implementation. + Strong understanding of core treasury functions such as cash management, forecasting, bank account management, payments, and reconciliation. + Proven ability to analyze workflows and translate business needs into system solutions. + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. + Experience working within an Agile technology/product delivery environment. + Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal). + Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer + Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered The base range for this contract position is $60.00 - $90.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
