Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sports Events Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will help plan and manage travel arrangements for clients attending or organizing sports events, ranging from group bookings to individual fan getaways.

This position offers flexibility, professional support, and training resources to help you thrive in the fast-paced world of sports and event travel planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to determine travel needs for sports events, including accommodations, transportation, and venue access
  • Research and organize group packages or custom itineraries for teams, fans, or families
  • Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure bookings
  • Manage travel documentation and ensure the accuracy of all itinerary components
  • Maintain updated knowledge of sports schedules, event locations, and vendor policies
  • Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel to provide updates and support
  • Use company systems to track bookings, preferences, and client communications

Qualifications

  • Interest in sports, travel, and customer service
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate booking software and digital tools
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer
  • Previous travel coordination or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
