Description We're seeking a dynamic Shipper Performance Coach to revolutionize transportation logistics by driving strategic improvements and solving complex shipping challenges. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with vendors and sellers to optimize shipping performance, turning data insights into actionable solutions that enhance our global transportation network. Key job responsibilities - Analyze and interpret complex shipping performance data to identify improvement strategies - Develop and implement targeted coaching plans to enhance shipper performance - Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with shipping partners - Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses of transportation disruptions - Manage and report on key performance metrics and improvement initiatives A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of data analysis, strategic problem-solving, and collaborative coaching. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
