In this role you will partner with cross functional LM teams to deliver AI driven workflows that boost agent productivity, enhance knowledge sharing, and raise overall service quality across the enterprise. **Key Responsibilities** **NowAssist Development:** Design, develop, and deploy NowAssist solutions-including NowAssist Skills, LLM Topics, Conversational Subflows, AI agents, Agentic Workflows, and custom scripting-to modernize existing processes and increase productivity for all personas (agents, front facing users, developers, and other stakeholders) AI & Analytics Integration External AI/ML Integration: Connect ServiceNow to Azure Cognitive Services, Google Vertex AI, or other LLM providers to augment NowAssist capabilities (prompt engineering, response enrichment, context handling). Performance Monitoring: Design and maintain Performance Analytics dashboards/reports that track agent skill adoption, knowledge base utilization, AI response accuracy, and overall workflow efficiency.
