Job Description

System One is assisting a client with a search for a financial professional interested in working at the corporate office in Tulsa, OK, as the financial liaison with their international locations.  This is a great company with great people!  

Responsibilities:

• Work with international locations to evaluate, develop and/or improve processes to gain efficiencies.  Assist with training regarding these new/updated processes
• Assist international locations with their periodic budgets and forecasts ensuring company deadlines are met
• Coordinate the periodic close processes reviewing the financial results for the various international locations including variance analysis reviews and supplemental reporting
• Review and assist international entities with monthly percentage-of-completion (POC) calculations and seek explanations for unusual current-month results on individual projects
• Pull together consolidated information for the international locations for the annual audit.  Develop additional reporting capabilities within the system
• Ensure intercompany account balances are reconciled appropriately

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting role.  Prefer at least 4 years of public accounting experience in accounting, consulting or project management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus
• Strong project management experience with large-scale financial initiatives a plus
• High aptitude for technology including software implementation experience.  Above average Excel skills a must
• Strong leadership skills along with effective communications skills.  Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights

Salary:  $90K - $110K
