Position Overview

• Role: School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Location: Yuma, AZ
• Type: In-person
• Full-time position
• Pay Structure: Equal pay for direct and indirect treatment time
• Schedule: 2025-2026 school year

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with pediatric SLP evaluations and school-based therapy services
• Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and special education staff
• Assist with documentation and IEP goals aligned with school timelines
• Help students access learning and succeed through functional skill development

Qualifications

• Arizona SLPA license (or eligible to apply)
• Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in inclusive environments
