We're currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker ($55-$60/hr) to support students with behavior issues in grades K-12 in the McMinnville, OR area .

Qualifications:  

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
• Oregon license for Social Work

Role Overview:
As a School Social Worker, you'll provide critical support to students. You'll collaborate with another social worker to address students' social-emotional needs, develop intervention strategies, and support their academic success. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.

Job Details:

• Dates: ASAP to mid-June
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Setting: Behavior program for K-12 kids who have been unsuccessful in their resident district
• In-person only

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide individual and group social work services to elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and maintain appropriate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
