What You'll Do

Sales Reporting & Analytics

Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into performance, trends, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key sales metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to customize reports that meet business needs.

CRM Management (Salesforce)

Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
Customize Salesforce workflows, fields, and reports to support sales processes.
Train and onboard sales team members on Salesforce best practices.

Deal Desk Coordination

Support the deal approval process by working closely with sales, finance, and legal teams.
Ensure all deal documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with policies.
Act as a liaison to resolve any deal-related issues.

Sales Tools & Process Optimization

Identify and implement tools to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
Work cross-functionally to integrate new technologies into sales operations.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Sales Operations Expertise: Proven experience in sales operations, with a focus on reporting and CRM management (Salesforce preferred).
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with deal desk processes and sales tools.
