About the Job:

The Sales Associate at Lorton Auto Service Center plays a pivotal role in both the operational and cultural success of the business. They blend leadership, customer service, and business strategy to create a dynamic, results-driven environment. Their ability to manage a team while fostering strong customer relationships is key to not only driving sales and profitability but also maintaining a positive company culture. This part time position is great for college students.

• Greet customers courteously and professionally, building positive relationships.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
• Write estimates and order parts for services as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle service and repair records.
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Obtain timely and proper repair authorizations.
• Build relationships with customers by communicating the status of their vehicle.
• Document, verbally communicate and sell the recommendations provided by the Service Manager or Store Manager.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective vehicle repair.
