The Safety & Security Manager assists the Safety & Security Director to implement and manage crisis management documentation which includes but is not limited to the Royal Beach Club Paradise Island Security Plan, Emergency Action Plan, Hurricane Plan, Medical Evacuation Plan, Lifeguard Operations Manual, and Guest Conduct Policy. This position collaborates with the Royal Caribbean and Private Destinations Health, Safety, and Sustainability Teams and Global Security. This position must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and the ability to influence the organization’s financial health and strategic direction. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
