Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Director to lead the Wellness Department in an assisted living setting. This role oversees the care team, ensures compliance with health regulations, and maintains high standards of resident care and staff management.
Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Department
- Perform resident assessments and develop care plans
- Supervise LPNs, Nursing Assistants, and Caregivers
- Maintain communication with families, residents, and healthcare providers
- Coordinate medications, health appointments, and outside services
- Manage wellness documentation and ensure compliance
- Respond to on-call emergencies and monitor resident wellness
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure infection control, safety, and dignity of care
Requirements - Current RN/LPN license in Washington State (Required)
- 3-4 years of experience in Assisted Living or a similar setting (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills (Required)
- Must be available for on-call responsibilities
