Our client is in URGENT need of RESIDENTIAL CARE AIDES to provide care to consumers with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities throughout McMurray/Washington County, PA. SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME!

CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS
* $18.71/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
* Mostly afternoon (2nd) and overnight (3rd) shifts available some doubles may be available. You tell us what shifts you can work. Client Temp-to-Perm negotiable with great benefits.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY
* Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
* Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
* Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Paid experience providing direct care.
* Low, Mid and High functioning Consumers.
* Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background)
