Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative performance of our DC-area primary care practices. This role ensures smooth, efficient practice management while supporting high-quality patient care and staff satisfaction. All practice locations are located within a few miles of each other and are easily accessible by Metro.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple primary care practices, including staff scheduling, supervision, and patient flow coordination.
  • Partner with HR, MA/Front Desk Leads, and executive leadership to recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff.
  • Lead monthly staff meetings and maintain regular communication of key operational metrics with providers.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Administrator and physician leads to streamline workflows, solve operational issues, and optimize clinical productivity.
  • Develop and maintain an effective staff orientation program aligned with department policies and role expectations.
  • Support and enforce quality assurance initiatives, including HIPAA compliance, medical records policies, and payer regulations.
  • Provide oversight of MA and Front Desk Leads regarding scheduling, PTO, overtime, supply management, and adherence to CPC policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of practice management or multi-practice leadership experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical group settings or similar healthcare roles preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Population Health, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven ability in staff retention, development, and team building.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
