Channel Factory is in search of a Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be working closely with our recruitment agency partners and internal teams across all departments of Channel Factory to help drive our staffing efforts. This role will be pivotal for the development and growth of our expanding organization. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of various tasks under the direction of our Recruiter and HR team members, such as resume sourcing, and work collaboratively with our recruitment agency partners and internal leadership and hiring managers to schedule and confirm interviews.
This individual must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. This person should have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Resume source, pre-screen candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers across each stage of the interview process for the US market.
Assists with job posting and job advertising processes.
Collaborate with vendors to project manage and assist with staffing needs and operations of the company across the US and Mexico.
Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Collaborates with the hiring managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to discuss project statuses and participate in recruitment strategy meetings to improve the recruitment process.
Prepare and share staffing updates with HR team members.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Stay on industry trends, staffing trends, and updates by attending and participating in college job fairs, recruiting sessions, virtual events, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field.
At least 3+ years of experience working as a recruiter/ talent acquisition specialist or similar position, preferably focusing on the advertising/marketing or tech industry.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations (equal employment opportunity, relocation, employment laws, visa procedures etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong negotiation tactics.
Outstanding organizational and planning skills
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and hiring/recruitment best practices
Reliable with respect to confidentiality
Experience with Microsoft Suite and the entire Google Suite.
Experience with Recruitment platforms: Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Glassdoor, or something similar.
Experience with ATS platforms to track and manage recruitment progress.
Digital Marketing, ad tech, and or advertising industry knowledge is a plus
Ability to travel a minimum of 15% a year for onsite meetings, training, etc.
