Part-time Description The Part-Time Receptionist plays a key role in supporting the administrative operations of the Testing Center, ensuring an efficient and welcoming experience for all clients. This position is responsible for maintaining the front desk, managing phone inquiries, and assisting with client check-in and check-out procedures. The receptionist will also handle paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Testing Center. Additionally, this role involves entering confidential client-level testing data into agency databases such as AIRS, AWARDS, and other Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The receptionist will collaborate with Testing Center staff to maintain data integrity and facilitate seamless client services.
