Your attention to detail, client-focused mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities will help ensure every listing meets the highest standard. Responsibilities: Listing Prep & Staging • Coordinate and execute hands-on staging (setup, teardown, furniture, and décor) • Track staging inventory and manage inclusion/exclusion lists for both our items and seller belongings • Keep staging storage units organized and tidy • Prepare homes for showings (lights on, blinds up, shoe signage, brochures delivered) • De-stage homes after closing Listing Management • Collect and manage keys, install/remove lockboxes, and signage • Coordinate vendors (photography, videography, cleaners, inspectors) • Ensure listings are always photo-ready and showing-ready • Maintain MLS and Compass listing accuracy and documentation Client & Agent Support • Be a clear, professional point of contact for sellers throughout the listing period • Send updates to referring agents on listing or buyer progress • Order and distribute closing gifts, agent gifts, and “thank-you” touches • Host open houses, assist at events, and support in-person marketing efforts Marketing & Outreach • Assist with direct mail campaigns and broker open houses • Manage agent-focused campaigns (shipping, delivery, ski pass logistics) • Support event planning and marketing outreach Qualifications: Who You Are • A licensed Colorado real estate professional (required) • Organized, reliable, and proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do • A calm multitasker who can juggle schedules, personalities, and changing priorities • Comfortable working out of your car, on your phone, or staging a house on your feet • Familiar with Google Workspace, MLS, Compass tools, and staging/design basics • Based in Summit County and ready to travel around Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Keystone Compensation: DOE. Opportunity to grow within a high-performing, mission-driven real estate business. Schedule: Must be available for weekday fieldwork with some weekend and evening flexibility.
