Why We Need You

We are hiring a Real Estate Asset Manager to provide strategic management, detailed reporting, and property level initiatives for our residential real estate portfolio. This role is central to optimizing property performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across our residential properties. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, analytical approach to property management and asset performance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily operational and financial performance of residential real estate assets, including occupancy rates, delinquency rates, operating expenses, utility management, and turnover costs.
  • Develop and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to the executive team.
  • Ensure integrity of data with internal and property management software.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, finance, acquisitions) to meet company goals for asset performance.
  • Conduct regular property performance reviews, identifying areas of concern and addressing operational inefficiencies promptly.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between property management, internal field teams, and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on strategic initiatives and operational goals.
  • Oversee property level initiatives such as lease-ups, violation resolutions, listing improvements, and rental assistance programs. 
  • Assist in acquisition and disposition related tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, or a related analytical role within residential real estate.
  • Solid understanding of property operations and market performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to operational detail and financial accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable analyzing and interpreting financial and operational data.
  • Experience in multifamily or single-family residential asset management.
  • Familiarity with property management software systems and real estate reporting tools.
