We are expanding our promotional events team and are seeking energetic, people-focused individuals to join us as Entry-Level Promotional Events Assistants . This is an excellent opportunity for applicants looking to start a career in events, marketing, customer interaction, or community outreach.
No experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you grow in the role.
As a Promotional Events Assistant, you will support the planning, setup, and execution of live promotional events, community campaigns, and brand activations. You will work directly with event attendees, represent our partners, and help create a positive and engaging event experience.
This position is perfect for candidates who enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Assist with event setup, display organization, and on-site coordination
Greet attendees and explain campaign details, brand messaging, or promotional offers
Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming environment
Support outreach goals by engaging with guests and answering questions
Track event performance metrics and provide feedback to improve future events
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth event operations
Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude during all event activities
Must be 18+ with permission to work in the U.S.
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public
Strong communication and teamwork skills
