Position Summary

The Project Manager - Telecom - will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering telecommunications projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strategic thinker who can manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively while ensuring that project goals align with the company's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of telecommunications projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and trends.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for guiding teams and engaging stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges and risks during project execution.
• Proficiency in project management software for tracking progress and reporting metrics.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred) to adapt to changing requirements and improve delivery.
• Familiarity with telecommunications technologies and trends. (Preferred)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification. (Preferred)
• Experience with Agile project management frameworks. (Preferred)
