Job Description

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Renatus Exteriors! If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for keeping projects on track and a strong background in hands-on construction, we want to hear from you.

As a Project Manager, you'll be the backbone of our exterior restoration projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. You'll work across roofing, siding, window, and gutter projects, overseeing daily activities, managing materials, and maintaining our high standards for quality and safety. Company truck will be provided for work only. You'll also be crucial in addressing warranty issues, often requiring your direct construction expertise to resolve problems in the field.

What You'll Do:

• Project Oversight: Supervise daily job site operations for all restoration projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards. 
• Quality Control & Safety: Uphold our commitment to excellence by maintaining rigorous work standards and strictly adhering to safety protocols. You'll promptly report any quality or safety concerns to subcontractors, the Production Manager, and the Sales team for swift resolution.
• Warranty Resolution (Hands-On): Investigate and resolve warranty issues, which will frequently involve hands-on construction work to identify and repair problems efficiently and effectively.
• Material Management: Take charge of material logistics, verifying deliveries, picking up and delivering additional materials as needed, and meticulously returning unused items for credit. You'll ensure all return receipts are submitted to the Production Manager, Accounting, and Sales.
• Documentation: Utilize Company Cam to thoroughly track and document all project progress, issues, and final completion. You'll also ensure strict adherence to internal checklists and procedures.
• Communication: Maintain seamless communication with subcontractors, the Sales team, and the Production Manager, providing regular updates on project status and promptly addressing any issues.
• Job Site Cleanliness: Guarantee that every job site is left spotless upon project completion, and document its pristine condition in Company Cam.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the exterior restoration or construction industry.
• Demonstrated hands-on construction experience, particularly with roofing, siding, windows, or gutters, capable of performing repairs and addressing quality issues directly.
• Strong organizational skills and an eagle eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
• Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new tools (experience with Company Cam is a plus!).
