Position: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the company. This is a full-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects
- Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and potential issues to team members and upper management
- Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making
- Assist in the development of project proposals and presentations
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project summaries
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Provide support to project managers and team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of sports industry and event management is a plus
