**Job Title: Production Manager** **Job Description** Manage the daily duties of carpenters, electricians, welders, and assemblers as they transform Mercedes Sprinter vans into high-end campers. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the daily activities of the production team, including carpenters, electricians, welders, and assemblers. + Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. + Implement continuous improvement strategies and Six Sigma methodologies. + Manage and scale up production processes to support accelerated company growth. + Coordinate with different carpentry and CNC router stations to ensure timely project completion. **Essential Skills** + Production management experience. + Expertise in continuous improvement strategies. + Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with lean manufacturing. + Extensive experience in process improvement. + Proven track record of managing accelerated growth in production teams and processes. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company with a fun working environment and competitive pay. The facility is designed to support efficient production and high-quality craftsmanship. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
