What You'll Do:
🎯 Define and prioritize product backlog based on business objectives and user needs
📊 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
🤝 Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team
🔍 Conduct market research to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
📝 Create clear and concise user stories that drive the development process
⚙️ Monitor product performance metrics post-launch to ensure continuous improvement
📅 Facilitate sprint planning meetings to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of experience in product management or related field
✅ Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
✅ Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
✅ Proven ability to communicate effectively across various levels of an organization
✅ Experience working with software development teams in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
