The Role

Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program.

Program Dates: May 29 - August 7, 2026.

Location : This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.

Work Authorization : US Work Authorization required for this role.Individuals needing visa sponsorship are not eligible.

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

As an intern in Lumen's Product organization, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the management of the Dark Fiber product life cycle and participate in strategic projects. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and insight into how innovative products are developed, launched, and sustained within a leading technology company.

The Main Responsibilities

• Analyze, track, report, and present project specific data.
• Perform work that includes various duties with standing instructions and processes involving a number of different methods.
• Follow guidelines, methodologies and/or precedents and apply judgment as necessary.
• Provide information that supports strategic decision-making.
• Has direct accountability that is limited to immediate work area.
• Interact with others on matters of importance to the department or work area.
  
  

Required Qualifications

What We Look For in a Candidate

Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.

Graduating August 2026 - May 2028

Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Computer Science, or Finance.

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.

Hourly Based Pay Range

Min: $ 26/hour

Max: $ 38/hour

What To Expect Next
