The Producer is responsible for managing mid to large-scale projects from production kick-off through delivery. The Producer is quick on their feet and a creative problem solver adept at working in a fast-paced environment. The Producer is self-starting, curious and resourceful. They strive to flawlessly execute the work and relentlessly pursue the highest level of craft.

Key Accountabilities

• Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions
• Manage Integrated projects including but not limited to broadcast, social content, stills, animation, artist collaboration, and digital

• Lead the execution of small-to-mid sized integrated productions (<500k) including overseeing multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and/or workstreams.
• Basic understanding when projects need; NDA, permits, talent releases, usage terms and other rights clearances.
• Possess basic knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project - tech leads, UX-designers, and developers.)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in advertising or agency setting

The hourly pay range for this position is $33.10 - $54.11. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
