CyberArk is seeking a strategic and collaborative Principal Solutions Program Manager, Regulated Markets, to join our dynamic Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape how CyberArk navigates global Certifications and evolving regulations—ensuring our products meet the highest standards of compliance and trust.

You’ll work closely with the Vice President of Global Public Sector Solutions and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that align product strategy with customer and regulatory needs. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where your ability to connect dots across teams, manage complex programs, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders will be key to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on planning, executing, and tracking key initiatives including driving worldwide certifications and regulatory programs across various regions
  • Partner with Go to Market teams to gather data and build business cases that help prioritize key initiatives including certifications, regulatory compliance and product-related requests.
  • Once prioritized, collaborate with all cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success etc.) to manage the End-End lifecycle (Initiation to Delivery/Launch) of the programs e.g. driving various compliance frameworks and achieve/maintain certifications.
  • Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure transparency and program deliverables are met within committed timelines.
  • Establish and maintain effective program management processes, including governance, templates, and metrics.
  • Build program dashboards to ensure transparency and continuous communication.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for communicating program timeline with customers, partners and regulatory bodies and gather feedback to share the information, back with internal teams.
  • Understand the regulatory requirements to articulate it better across all teams.
  • Program Manage the overall progress, provide regular status updates to stakeholders and share progress up to the Senior Executive level.
  • Conduct analyses for insights and recommendations in strategy, operational planning, leveraging a blend of business and technical understanding to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Develop, architect and maintain program plans, schedules, and flow diagrams for seamless team integration.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget.
  • Infuse external best practices into the organization for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of professional experience in Program Management
  • Public Sector & Managing Compliance Certifications such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC, or NIST 800-53 experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of global regulatory environments (e.g., EU, APAC, U.S. federal/state).
  • Experience influencing product and go-to-market roadmaps to align with regulatory timelines or emerging compliance trends.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business risk implications.
  • Skilled in Program Management methodologies and tools
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in technology companies.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile (or similar) methodologies, displaying the ability to adapt and thrive in iterative project environments.
  • Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS environments
  • Demonstrate a smart, bold and humble attitude embracing collaboration when working with fellow CyberArkers

The salary range for this position is $135,000 – $185,000/year, plus discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
