Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Prep Cook, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beers. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with our culinary team, and uphold our commitment to exceptional food and guest experiences.

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils to uphold kitchen hygiene standards
• Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support a collaborative kitchen environment
• Flexibility to work on a full-time schedule and be available for on-site work
