Job Description:
Manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, quality, sanitation, and logistics.
Lead and motivate department managers to improve employee performance, engagement, and skill development.
Review and analyse costs, efficiency, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing goods meets company and regulatory standards.
Oversee food safety, food quality, and product legality compliance throughout the facility.
Prepare and present monthly expense and efficiency reports.
Promote and implement TQM (Total Quality Management) initiatives across all departments.
Manage and execute capital improvement projects with appropriate approvals.
Facilitate Talent Mapping, Succession Planning, and Employee Retention Programs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all phases of production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and resolve operational challenges.
