A leading printing manufacturer of labels and tags heavy in retail is looking for a plant manager for their facility west of the St. Louis metro in St. Charles County. This location focuses on Auto and Health labeling and coding solutions. You have two direct reports, Production and Maintenance. The plant has around 60 production employees. You oversee operations, recruit and assist in training, analyze machinery, and perform safety inspections. Experience with P&Ls is required. You should have a BS degree and direct experience in manufacturing. Ideal candidates will come from flexographic printing production management roles. Relocation assistance is available for direct industry candidates. Starting compensation ranges from $130k to $180k, and a solid benefits package and bonus program are included in the offer.
