Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in consumer-packaged goods, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to join their team as soon as possible. As a Plant Manager, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production of powders, tablets, and liquids. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, solution orientated, financial acumen-metric reporting, and a commitment to quality and safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Oklahoma - Client is offering relocation assistance
Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000
Schedule: On-site 5 days a week first shift

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all production activities across manufacturing areas including liquids, powders, and tablets to ensure efficient operations.
Drive daily manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiencies, and maintain high-quality standards in compliance with GMP regulations.
Lead, commission, and optimize equipment and processes to support continuous growth and operational excellence.
Manage GMP requirements, enforce compliance with federal, state, local, and customer regulations, and address any issues proactively.
Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.
Gap analysis reporting on plant performance-variance costing and performance analysis and recommendations
Supervise and develop 6 direct reports
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 10 years of management experience in manufacturing including consumer goods and product packaging for multiple brands
Strong understanding of GMP
Wide breadth of capabilities for managing consumer goods manufacturing and packaging-understands different workflows e.g. liquid, chemical, powders, or tablets
Experience in a fast-paced environment-our client is growing!
Educational background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a business management related degree, or equivalent experience.
Proven Lean Manufacturing-Six Sigma
Proven ability to analyze workflows, optimize resources, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Recognized for driving efficiency in manufacturing plant operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
Knowledgeable of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Must have critical analysis skills and ROI mindset-cost benefit analysis
Preferred Manufacturing Equipment Experience:
High speed rotary fluid, liquid flow, tablet presser, pouch machines
