Job Description

Meadowlark Home Care is looking to revitalize the industry and change the standard for both care providers and clients! We are hiring for full time and part-time positions starting at $18.75/hr. Open availability is a plus, but not necessary. Full time employees are eligible for our full benefits package (health/dental insurance) for $40/month. All employees also accrue paid time off based on how many hours they work and their longevity with the company. Raises are available at management's discretion and bi-annual bonuses are available. Job Description: Being an in-home care provider means assisting our members with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and/or providing social supervision, homemaking, life coach and companion hours. Assistance with bathing, hygiene, meal preparation and mobility are common. Qualified applicants must:

Have a current CNA or PCA certification (Waiver or training available for the right applicant).
Be caring and compassionate.
Be able to lift 50lbs.
Have a valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.
