What You'll Do: Execute the daily bake for pastries, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to Hewn's recipes and standards. Prepare and produce various pastry items, contributing to our overall daily production goals. Work efficiently and independently in early morning hours, getting a head start on the day's delicious offerings. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a pastry cook or baker, preferably in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting. Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to work early morning shifts consistently. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
