Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pastry Team Member to join our production team. This is a hands-on position working with buttercream, fondant, and other finishing techniques in a fast-paced environment. Some prior pastry or bakery experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who shows strong work ethic and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily pastry production including icing, filling, and finishing cakes and pastries
• Work with buttercream, fondant, and other decorations to meet high-volume demands
• Follow production schedules, recipes, and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with food safety and SQF requirements
• Support team members and communicate effectively to meet daily production goals
• Perform other bakery tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
• Some previous bakery, pastry, or culinary production experience preferred
• Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working in a high-paced production environment with attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual for second shift hours
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
